Rodby treadmills are available in custom-built versions, e.g. for rehabilitation and testing of heavy overweight patients, handicapped patients, wheel chair-born patients etc. These treadmills are generally wider, more slow running (up to sprinters with extremely high speed) and they have a modified gear ratio and modified hand rails and also feature specially adapted supports and safety devices. Handicapped athletes are in fact using our extra wide treadmills for training purposes.

For advanced scientific athlete training we can offer high performance computer controlled treadmills that runs and accelerates faster than any athlete is ever likely to run.

These treadmills are of course used to push athletes performance even further and, by using high speed cameras or video equipments, the athlete's movements can be easily studied in the minutes detail.

We can also offer very large treadmills for simultaneous training of several athletes. These large treadmills are also used to train elite cyclists and skiers using roller skies. Length of up to 6 meters and width up to 3 meters can be offered.

For other unique applications e.g. extra long, slow running treadmills for use in film- and video commercials etc., we can custom design our products to meet your customers specific requirements.
